2. Purchasing Digital Artworks

• All digital artworks sold on this website are delivered electronically to the buyer's email within 24 hours of purchase.
  
  

• Each artwork is sold only once and marked as sold out on the gallery after the transaction.
  
  

• Every purchase includes a Commercial Use License, which grants the buyer rights to use the artwork for business, merchandise, branding, or promotional purposes.
  
  

• Buyers may not resell, redistribute, or relicense the artwork as a standalone file or part of any digital asset bundle.

3. Licensing

• Buyers receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license for commercial use, unless otherwise noted.
  
  

• Copyright remains with the original artist.
  
  

• The license does not allow claiming the artwork as your own or reselling it in its original or slightly modified form.

4. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
  
  

• If you encounter issues with your purchase or file, please contact us at admin@neocreative.uk and we will assist you promptly.

5. Artist Submissions

• Artists who submit their work retain full copyright but grant us permission to display, promote, and sell their artwork via our platform.
  
  

• We collect a 30% commission on each sale, with the remaining 70% paid to the artist.
  
  

• Payments to artists are processed within 14 days of sale confirmation.
  
  

• Submitted artworks must be original, high quality, and not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Submission Review Process

• We review each submission carefully. Due to high volume, not all submissions will receive a response.
  
  

• Submitting artwork does not guarantee acceptance or listing.
  
  

• If selected, artists will be notified via email.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the site, including artworks, text, and branding, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  
  

• Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Accountability & Legal Use

• Users must not use the site or any content for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  
  

• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates these terms.

• Any personal information submitted (e.g., through forms or purchases) is kept secure and used only for internal purposes such as order fulfillment and communication.
